In my opinion, I think its incredible work, I have no words to commit them. Now let's talk about the questions this work.

Vision: very well designed, very well painted and detailed. In this regard, I have nothing to complain about. Note: 10.

Technique: I do not know which techniques or tools used in this work. It was great how you used them.

Impact: had a good impact, caught my attention, not only by how drew the two boys, but also how well used the background image. Note 10.
